Hydrabae – Refund & Return Policy

At Hydrabae, we take pride in providing you with products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Since our products are consumables, we follow a strict no return once opened policy. Please read the details below:

RETURNS

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

● You received the wrong product.

● The product was damaged, defective, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

● Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

● Returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at
support@hydrabae.com with your order details and photos of the product within 48 hoursof delivery.

REFUNDS

● Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

● If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.


CANCELLATIONS

● Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

● Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
