Hydrabae – Shipping Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you place an order with Hydrabae Wellness LLP, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirming that we have received your order. This email serves as an acknowledgment but does not confirm acceptance of your order.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

● Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

● Products may be dispatched separately depending on availability and warehouse location.

● All products undergo quality checks and secure packaging before being handed over to our delivery partners.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

● Our delivery partners strive to deliver your order on time. If delivery is not possible at the given address or time, they will contact you to reschedule.

● Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen logistical issues.

SHIPPING CHARGES

● Free Shipping on orders above ₹500

● For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 will apply. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Hydrabae is only available for delivery within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
